Together, our team has more than 16 years of industrial experience. Our team is continuously developing and testing new products; this allows us to stay one step ahead of our competitors. The directing team guides and trains staff members often to uphold a high quality service, thus enabling them to provide clients with accurate information.
Power Industrial Flooring have access to world class technology and methods to develop specialised polymeric resins and fillers that can be applied to both residential and commercial surfaces, e.g.: warehouses, factories, stadiums, chemical plants, etc. Numerous projects were done nationally and also in countries bordering South Africa.
Power Industrial Flooring render every client with the best possible services, while planning and installing various high-performance industrial floor coatings, from an epoxy coating as thin as 400 Microns, up to a polymer concrete coating, namely Powerscreed, which is 12mm thick. Some of the floor coatings can be formulated as wall coatings to achieve a highly coordinated effect.
Our industrial products were designed to meet the following criteria:
- to withstand extreme load pressure and mechanical stress in areas where forklift trucks are used
- resistant to specific chemicals
- optional high-gloss finish that is easy to clean
- optional smooth matt, non-slip finishes or
- heavy duty carborundum filled non-skid finishes
The products used by Power Industrial Flooring for screeds and coatings, are suitable for new projects or renovations. These coatings are applied rapidly and the down-time is kept to a minimum. A majority of the installed products are useable within 24 to 48 hours after completion. The use of sophisticated surface preparation equipment, including dust-free shot blasting machines and HTC Concrete surface grinders, ensure tat surface preparation is of the highest standard, promoting excellent adhesion for coatings and screeds to be applied.
